I just wanted to thank you and Waconia Mfg. for everything that you guys did to get our equipment done and in place this spring. Even though we got behind in the beginning, everything worked out perfectly. You guys kept to your word, and delivered everything on time or ahead of schedule. Walt Johnson and the electricians from Hope Electric did an excellent job in getting everything up and running on time and that part could not have gone any better. I would highly recommend those two companies to anyone who is building or replacing any equipment.

As far as the equipment, we absolutely made the right choice in going with Waconia Mfg. Even the electricians and millwrights expressed their opinions and preferences in working with the Waconia equipment over other equipment that they had worked with. From start up on the rail unload until now; we have not had a flaw one with any of your equipment. We can unload a rail car in less than ten minutes when it used to take us 4 to 5 hours to unload a single car. We do not even want to mess with trucks any more if we have a choice. We can now load a tender truck and have the load delivered in the amount of time we used to spend just loading a truck. We are loading semis in about 5 to 6 minutes instead of an hour or hour and a half.

You can only imagine what this equipment and plant has done for our lives in Williston. When we unloaded the first unit train or loaded the first truck out of the tower, I could just see the pride and appreciation in the faces of my employees. Our fertilizer season used to be a constant daily struggle and now it is enjoyable to work in the new plant. Our area farmers owe Waconia some gratitude also as they were able to save millions on their spring fertilizer because you were able to deliver the equipment on time.

Again, thank you and everyone at Waconia Mfg for coming through with our equipment. We know that we made the right decision with both Stueve Construction and Waconia and appreciate everything that was done by both companies to get the job done. We will send you an invitation to our open house towards the end of June.
